Before you write
Where do I find my Machine ID?
Open CandleForge. The key screen shows your PC's Machine ID with a copy button. Send it with any question about your key.
I registered in the app. What now?
The FREE plan is already on. For PRO, message us on WhatsApp: we get your registration with your Machine ID, confirm the payment and approve it, and PRO then turns on in the app by itself.
My broker does not connect.
Check that OpenAlgo (or Dhan, or MT5) is running and logged in, and that the API key in CandleForge is the current one. If it still fails, send us a screenshot of the Connect screen on WhatsApp.
