01About these terms
CandleForge ("CandleForge", "we", "us") is desktop charting and analysis software run by the CandleForge team in India. These terms apply to the CandleForge app for Windows and Mac, its licence keys, this website and our support.
By downloading CandleForge, sending a key request from the app, or using a key, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Risk Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use CandleForge.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract under Indian law.
02The software
CandleForge draws charts, indicators, order flow and analytics from market data that you connect: your Indian broker (through OpenAlgo or Dhan), your MetaTrader 5 terminal, or public crypto feeds. It runs on your own computer.
We improve CandleForge often. Features can be added, changed or removed in an update. Some features, such as ProTrend and key activation, need an internet connection to our server.
03Licence keys
- A key is for one PC only, identified by that PC's Machine ID. Sharing, selling or using it on another PC is not allowed.
- The FREE plan needs only the registration in the app. A PC that is not registered stays locked.
- A key adds PRO for the number of days written in it. After that CandleForge goes back to the FREE plan until you get a new key.
- If you change or reset your computer, contact us. Moving a key to a new Machine ID is at our discretion.
- A key gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use CandleForge. It does not sell you the software.
04Registration
To request a key you give your name, WhatsApp number, an optional second mobile number, your address, city, state and PIN code, and the plan you want. Your details must be true and your own. We use them only for licensing, payment and support, as the Privacy Policy explains.
05Price and payment
The price of each plan, the number of days and the payment method are agreed with you on WhatsApp before your key is issued. Prices include or exclude applicable taxes as stated at that time. Refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
06No investment advice
CandleForge is charting and analysis software. It does not give investment advice, tips or buy / sell recommendations. Signals, levels and labels drawn by indicators (for example ProTrend, Supertrend flips, fair value gaps or gamma walls) are calculations on market data, not advice.
Trading can lose money. Every trading decision, and the responsibility for it, is your own. Read the Risk Disclaimer.
07Market data and third parties
Market data comes from your broker, your MT5 terminal or public feeds such as Binance, Bybit, OKX and Deribit. CandleForge is not responsible if that data is late, wrong or unavailable.
Your accounts with brokers, OpenAlgo, MetaTrader 5 and exchanges are governed by their own terms. You are responsible for them, for the API keys you connect, and for any order you place through MT5 from the chart.
08Fair use
You must not crack, copy, decompile or reverse engineer CandleForge; remove or get around the key check; share or sell a key; overload or misuse our server; or use CandleForge against the law. Doing any of these can get your key blocked without notice and without refund.
09Ownership
CandleForge, its code, its indicators (including ProTrend and the Professor indicators), its design and the CandleForge and Professor names belong to us. Some parts are open-source components used under their own licences; their notices ship with the app.
Names such as NSE, BSE, NIFTY, SENSEX, MetaTrader, TradingView, Binance, Bybit, OKX, Deribit, Dhan and Zerodha belong to their owners. Their use here only describes compatibility and does not mean they endorse CandleForge.
10No warranty and limits of liability
The software is provided as it is and as available. Bugs or interruptions can happen; we will try to fix them, but we do not promise that CandleForge will be error-free or always available.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, lost data or indirect loss arising from your use of CandleForge or of the market data it shows. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the key in question.
11Suspension and ending
You can stop using CandleForge at any time. We can suspend or block a key that breaks these terms. When a key ends, CandleForge goes back to the FREE plan; when a key or PC is blocked, the app locks; your local settings stay on your computer.
12Changes, law and contact
These terms can change. A new key request follows the terms in force at that time, and the version number at the top of this page matches the one shown in the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction.
