01Before you pay
A CandleForge key is digital, made for one PC, and starts working the moment it is approved. So please ask us anything before you pay: we are happy to answer on WhatsApp, and you can download the app to check that it opens on your computer.
02When we refund
- The key does not work on the PC it was made for, and we cannot fix it within 7 days of your report: full refund.
- You paid twice or paid the wrong amount: we refund the extra.
- We could not issue your key after payment: full refund.
- You change your mind within 24 hours of payment and the key has not been activated: full refund.
03When we don't
- After a key has been activated and works, except in the cases above.
- For trading losses, or because the market did not move the way an indicator showed. CandleForge does not promise profit.
- When market data from your broker, MT5 or an exchange was late or unavailable.
- For keys blocked for breaking the Terms, such as sharing a key.
- For the unused days of a key you stop using early.
04How to ask for a refund
- Message us on WhatsApp at +91 85279 15886 within 7 days of payment.
- Send your name, your PC's Machine ID (shown on the app's key screen), the payment date, amount and transaction ID, and what went wrong.
- We reply within 2 working days. An approved refund goes back to the way you paid within 5–7 working days, and the key is deactivated.
05Cancelling
Keys do not renew by themselves, so there is nothing to cancel: when a key's days end, it simply stops. To stop early, you can just stop using the app. A key request that has not been paid or approved yet can be cancelled any time on WhatsApp.
