01What you get
CandleForge is software. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped to your address. You get the app as a download and a licence key for your PC.
02The app
You download CandleForge from this website at any time, for Windows or Mac. Updates arrive inside the app.
03Your key
After your key request and payment are confirmed on WhatsApp, we approve the key. It reaches the app on your PC by itself, and we can also send it to you on WhatsApp.
Keys are usually approved the same day. Requests that come in late at night or on a holiday are handled the next working day.
04If it is late
If you paid and your key has not arrived within 24 hours, message us on WhatsApp at +91 85279 15886 with your Machine ID and payment details. If we cannot deliver it, you get a full refund under the Refund Policy.
